The Design Research Symposium 2025 serves as a platform for the scholars of NID Ahmedabad to share their research work. Through this process they will be validating their research directions and outcomes. The symposium aims to foster conversations around evolving research methodologies, interdisciplinary design practices, and the role of design in shaping contemporary cultural and social narratives.
This annual gathering celebrates the diversity and depth of research being undertaken
at NID and beyond, encouraging critical reflection, collaboration, and dissemination of
new knowledge emerging from design-led inquiry.
